8:00PM - 10:00PM	OPTIONAL EVENT: Direct from Las Vegas, Carpenters Legacy is the award-winning production celebrating the music and legacy of the famed brother-sister duo. Starring Sally Olson as Karen Carpenter and Ned Mills as Richard Carpenter, the show is a re-creation of the Carpenters' 1976 live performances, featuring hits including “We’ve Only Just Begun”, “Yesterday Once More”, “Superstar”, Karen’s drum solo, Richard's classical piano feature, a Spike Jones parody of "Close To You", comedy antics and much more. THURSDAY - APRIL 25, 2024
8:00AM - 9:00AM	Registration
9:00AM - 12:00PM	*Destination: Downey*. Kathy Perez will host a guided walking tour of Downey, highlighting various places of Carpenters history, including the Downey Library, the apartments and other various places of interest. Also during this time our acoustic concert artists will have a chance to rehearse.
12:00PM - 2:00PM	Join us as we board two coaches to enjoy a visit to the Newville House! You will be able to experience the location where the 'Now & Then' album cover was taken. We will also gather for a group photo in front of this iconic Carpenters location. From there we will head to have lunch at the oldest McDonald's in America! (Lunch not included)
2:00PM - 5:00PM	After lunch we're off to the Carpenters Performing Arts Center. We will have a guided tour of the exhibits and theatre at the Center. There you will see Karen's impressive drum set as well as a wall of gold records and awards! Make sure you have your camera ready! This is an unforgettable venue that will be hard to forget!
5:00PM - 7:00PM	Dinner (On your own) A list of local restaurants can be found here.
7:30PM - 10:00PM	Carpenters: An Acoustic Celebration featuring an array of Carpenters tribute singers sharing the stage for the very first time in a concert that you will never forget. Slated to appear: Michelle Berting Brett, Lisa Budin-Price, Tori Holub, Sally Olson with Ned Mills, Judy Pancoast, Lisa Rock, Drew Jansen & Doug McComas (line-up subject to change). The concert will be held at the very historic Downey United Methodist Church.
FRIDAY - APRIL 26, 2024
8:00AM - 9:00AM	Registration
9:00AM - 5:00PM	Carpenters Legacy Tour 2.0 (100 Person Limit) Join us for a guided tour of some locations that Carpenters fans have been asking for! The premiere stop on this tour will be Pierce Brothers in Valley Oaks where you will be able to pay your respects at Karen's final resting place. Other destinations during the tour will be announced once they are confirmed. We will have fun activities on the bus to make this an all-inclusive Carpenters experience! A stop for lunch will occur between destinations.
6:00PM - 10:00PM	It's just a short walk to the Look Dine-In Cinema where you will be able to enjoy a unique dining experience along with our presentation. You will be able to choose from a menu filled with a variety of options that will be delivered right to your seat! (The price of your meal is not included in your registration payment). A sample menu can be found here! After the meal, we will be showing The Karen Carpenter Story starring Cynthia Gibb, Mitchell Anderson and Louise Fletcher. See it like you've never seen it before... on the BIG screen. After the film, you will be in for a treat with some rare video messages and a Q&A with a surprise guest(s).

10:00AM - 11:30AM	Carpenters 5.1 Surround Sound Studio Sit back and enjoy the Singles 1969-1981 like you've never heard it before... in glorious 5.1 surround sound with a special photo presentation featuring many rare pictures created especially for this event!
11:30AM - 1:00PM	Carpenters Extreme Trivia Test your knowlege of the Carpenters with fabulous prizes going to the winners!

2:00PM - 5:00PM	Carpenters: Behind The Music Chris May, coauthor of Carpenters: The Musical Legacy will be joined by renown Carpenters studio musicians Gayle Levant (harp) and Earle Dumler (oboe and English horn), to talk about some of their fondest memories working with Richard and Karen. There will also be an interactive Q&A session where attendees can ask all of the panelists general and/or technical questions related to the Carpenters and their career.
